Thai-Style Coconut Chicken

As a fan of the Kevin's products, this was my first frozen entree. I don't know if I microwaved it weirdly, but the chicken texture was very offputting. Got very chewy, and I wasn't sure if it was overcooked or what. After reading the reviews, I know it's not me. I ended up eating everything else. I agree with the reviews about lack of sauce, and it being dry.

Now I'm sad and hungry. Counting down the hours until I can go home and eat. Do not purchase this product.

Kev, bro? Come on man? This has no redeeming qualities. There's basically no sauce, just some watery bottom-bowl junk, and the chicken is dried-out af. This cost me almost $8 for one single serving from the local market. I've been buying your products for years, and the souse vide stuff is good, but these frozen meals are a hard fail. Robbery.

This meal needs 3x or 4x more sauce. The only sauce I got was a thin, watery layer down at the bottom that didn't even come close to coating the food like the picture.

Listen, I’m an absolute health nut. One to always prefer a good riced cauliflower alternative, low cal high(ish) protein, but when I tell you this has been the biggest disappointment of my day. I’m literally hanging on by a thread, I decide to get this to avoid the stress and mental turmoil cooking tonight would’ve caused after a literal day from HELL, and this was a mistake. Flavorless, 3 pieces of finely ground chicken tendon. I had high hopes and was let down immediately. So now I’m sitting here crying into this bowl of regret and I have nobody to blame but myself.

This does not taste like Thai curry. It has more of an Indian curry flavor. Please consider removing Thai from the description.

Looks nothing at all like wha the packaging shows. Package shows big chunks of meat that look perfectly covered in sauce. When you open it it’s like shredded white chicken. Taste is OK but kind of bland compared to how it looks on the package. Totally get that. It’s never gonna look exactly like it’s styled but a little more accurate would be nice.

I've been trying all of the Kevin's meals and this was the least favorite.

Finally, a healthy and tasty option that I can buy into and look forward to having at lunch each day. I love that the sodium level for the Thai Coconut Chicken is lower sodium than most of the competitors yet it is very tasty! Thank you. 😊

The seal opened as I took it out of the box. Now not sure if it was ever sealed right? It was past the date the store would replace it!
