· What You’ll Do:
· Verifies finished good pallets completed by fulfillment against pick tickets.
· Receives, locates, and transfers materials accurately and in a timely manner.
· Counts and weighs materials and records information.
· Identifies damaged materials and records material shortages.
· Loads and unloads materials inventory utilizing forklift when necessary.
· Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing hand truck or Forklift.
· Restacks and assembles pallets.
· Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
· Participates in quality improvement efforts.
· Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
· Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

What You’ll Need:
· One to two years related experience preferably in a food production environment.
· Able to understand pick lists and how to pull in accordance with FIFO.
· Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.

What You’ll Do:
- Develops new product ideas and concepts, from test prototype samples through commercialization
- Creates product specifications and calculating initial formula and ingredient costs.
- Assists with sourcing new and uncommon ingredients to match our healthy standards, along with meeting our SQF and USDA certifications.
- Owns formulating product to meet all product claims.
- Assumes the role of an innovator and project leader, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and thoroughness in the execution of complex projects.
- Actively seeks out new food trends, consumer tastes, requests, and nutrition while monitoring local and national competition.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining data in a variety of systems for product IP, Operations training and internal/external compliance
- Works closely with the teams on establishing production processes, monitoring consistency and quality of foods, problem-solving production variances, and packaging of all items.
- Partner with Marketing and sales for new product introductions, food styling, photoshoots, etc.

· Reviews inventory aging status to ensure adherence to FEFO; notifies management of issues immediately.
· Identifies slow or nonmoving items and communicates to management.
· Periodically reviews inventory on hold and follows up with QA on pending Product Disposition Requests (PDRs).
· Works with Production Coordinators and Procurement team and perform ad hoc item physical counts to ensure correct levels of inventory are available for production needs.
· Quantifies and submits for evaluation and authorization all inventory adjustments required.
· Ensures that identified damaged materials and shortages are properly reconciled and posted in SAP.
· Issues daily Inventory adjustment reconciliation to Management.
· Researches discrepancies from production in stock as necessary and makes necessary changes to correct discrepancies.
· Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
· Participates in quality improvement efforts.

The Director of Quality and Food Safety works with multiple production departments and personnel to implement strategic and tactical directions/plans in order to consistently provide the highest level of Food Safety and Quality. As such, this position is responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring a proactive comprehensive strategic food safety and quality assurance program that reaches all aspects of food handling to support our key partners. This position will be responsible for coordinating internally with all levels of management, other FSQA leadership personnel, and plant leadership in providing expertise, guidance, recommendations, and requirements as it pertains to FSQA activities.

This role is Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:30PM with weekends and overtime as needed.
The primary responsibility of a Production Coordinator is to coordinate the production process by working closely with Operations, Production teams, and Customer Service. This individual is a key partner in ensuring a quality product is delivered to the customer on time and in full. This includes developing and maintaining the master production schedule to fulfill the company’s orders on time and on budget, while ensuring the efficient utilization of manufacturing capabilities.

What You’ll Do:
· Ensure weekly production schedules achieve inventory targets and maximize the output of the company’s manufacturing resources.
· Review production work orders for accuracy and completeness including variances.
· Accurately close/postproduction work orders using SAP
· Perform inventory balance calculations and inventory adjustments using SAP
· Prepare weekly adjustment reports.
· Collaborate and assist with inventory transaction analysis and corrections as needed.
· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
· Assist to resolve problems relating to shortages, variances, or other impediments to ensure smooth material flow through the plant.
· Participate in production planning meetings as needed to meet cost reduction, inventory accuracy and on time delivery goals.
· Special projects as needed.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop, test, and commercialize primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging solutions that support new product launches, quality improvements, and value‑engineering initiatives.
- Build packaging specifications, drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy and manufacturing feasibility.

What You’ll Need:
- 2–5+ years of experience in Packaging Engineering or Packaging Development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Working knowledge of packaging materials (films, laminations, plastics, corrugate, etc.) and how they interact with manufacturing equipment and food processing environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, stay organized, and move work forward in a fast‑paced setting.

The Culinary Assurance Supervisor serves as a key leader accountable for performance and integrity of food safety, quality and culinary assurance. What You’ll Do:
· Collaborate with Operations, Sanitation and leadership to drive ownership of food safety, quality, and culinary standards on the production floor
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and culinary standards are integrated into the entire production process
· Develop, recommend and monitor corrective actions when deficiencies in food safety or quality are identified
· Supervise and mentor the Q&FS teams and beyond through training, coaching and performance management
· Provide ongoing support for hourly team members across facilities
· Implement food safety, quality assurance and culinary programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and finished product standards
· Plan, conduct and monitor inspections and testing of materials and products to ensure safety and culinary quality
· Generate reports describing activities, trends and expenditures; communicate findings and action plan to necessary/appropriate parties; to include lab data technical analysis
· Ensure adherence to quality programs, including HACCP and GMPs
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the food safety culture and reduce risk across facilities
· Develop and execute training programs to support the company’s food safety, quality and culinary objectives
· Ensure the prompt and accurate implementation of new regulations at facilities and with suppliers

What You’ll Need:
· Passion for delivering safe, quality and delicious food to the consumer.
· At least 3-4 years experience in a management role (w/ direct reports) in a commercial food environment (food manufacturing, or multi-unit food operator, or similar)
· Quality Assurance or Food Safety experience in a food manufacturing plant strongly desired
· Restaurant cooking experience strongly desired
· USDA experience a plus

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing basic maintenance, repair, and preventive tasks to ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of production equipment and facilities in a food manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level position working under direct supervision and providing support to senior technicians and the Maintenance Manager.
The shift for this position is Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm with overtime as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) and basic repairs on production, packaging, and facility equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on food processing and packaging equipment.
- Replace and adjust belts, bearings, seals, motors, and other basic mechanical components as directed.
- Follow all company safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Hazard Communication (HazCom), and Cal/OSHA requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage documentation.
- Clean, lubricate, and inspect machinery in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules.
- Support production teams during line changeovers, startups, and equipment setups.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions, near misses, or equipment malfunctions to supervision.

This is a remote role with travel to Stockton, CA 1-2x a quarter.
The Director of FP&A will serve as a strategic finance leader for Kevin’s Natural Foods, owning the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes. This role partners directly with the CFO and executive leadership to provide insights that shape business strategy, drive efficiency, and ensure financial discipline. The Director will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, while also mentoring a growing FP&A team and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the company’s financial planning processes including hands on ownership of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range plans, and periodic latest estimates. Ensure assumptions are clear, data-driven, and aligned with corporate strategy.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights that explain business performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and influence strategic decision-making.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to evaluate business initiatives, investment opportunities, and key strategic decisions, providing scenario modeling and financial recommendations.
