Class A Truck Driver

Monday-Friday 5:00AM- 3:30PM and Weekends as needed.

 

The Class-A Truck Driver will serve our supply chain logistics department in a safe and timely manner. In this role, you will be required to transfer company goods between our facilities, pick up orders from suppliers, and deliver goods to our customers in our company 53ft truck, trailer, and box truck. What You’ll Do:

 

  • Transport finished goods and raw materials over land, to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers.

  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.

  • Work with management to plan and meet delivery schedules.

  • Document time spent driving and retain fuel receipts.

  • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.

  • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.

  • Collect and verify delivery instructions.

  • Report defects, accidents, or violations.

  • You can expect to handle packages from small envelopes to boxes ranging up to 80 pounds.

  • You’ll either stand in one place for extended periods of time, and or will be walking often around the facility

  • You should be willing and able to operate carts, dollies, hand trucks and other moving equipment to move large quantities of merchandise.

  • Ability to reach, kneel, lift, stand, walk, and bend.

  • You will be in and out of a refrigerated room with temperatures ranging between 0-34 degrees.

  • Ensure equipment is clean such as trailers, tractors, and bobtail truck

  • Other duties as assigned or necessary.

 

What You’ll Need:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

  • Valid Class-A California driver license.

  • Proven work experience as a truck driver.

  • Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc).

  • Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.

  • Extensive knowledge of applicable driving rules and regulations.

  • No recent moving or driving violations.

  • Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc).

  • Experience within the food and beverage transportation industry preferred.

  • Experience driving Class-A vehicles.

  • Warehouse experience preferred

  • Physical Requirements: You must have good hearing, at least 20/40 vision with glasses or corrective lenses, and a 70-degree field of vision in each eye. Drivers cannot be colorblind. Truck drivers must have a strong sense of spatial relations to park their vehicles and negotiate tight spaces.

  • Communications Skills: All drivers must be able to read and speak English well enough to understand road signs, prepare reports, and communicate with law enforcement officers and the public.

Production Supervisor, AM

The assigned shift hours are 5:00AM- 3:30PM, Wednesday through Sunday, working overtime as needed.

The Production Supervisor, AM will partner with their Production Manager to train all employees properly. In this role, you will be required to support your manager in building a team that will positively impact our company's growth as well as their own. What you'll do:

· Support production managers in all tasks.

· Properly train employees to reduce safety hazards while working efficiently.

· Maintain communication between management and employees to ensure policies are understood.

· Maintain record of points given to employees regarding tardiness.

· Communicate with their production manager to efficiently schedule employees PTO request while delivering production goals.

· Ensure all orders are built properly for our customers.

 

What you'll need:

· High School Diploma or GED preferred.

· 1 + year of food manufacturing experience

· Familiarity with warehouse processes and equipment (Forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.).

 

What Will Set You Apart:

· Experience within the food and beverage transportation industry preferred.

· Supervisor experience is a plus!

Working Conditions and Physical Aspects:

· You can expect to handle packages from small envelopes to boxes ranging up to 80 pounds.

· You’ll either stand in one place for extended periods of time, and will be walking a good distance around the facility – good shoes are a must!

· You should be willing and able to operate carts, dollies, hand trucks and other moving equipment to move large quantities of merchandise.

· Ability to reach, kneel, lift, stand, walk, and bend.

· You will be in and out of a refrigerated room with temperatures ranging between 34-36 degrees.

 

Communication Skills: All supervisors must communicate efficiently with their manager to provide feedback to employees on growth opportunities. They must be able to communicate professionally after being trained by their manager to promote a positive work environment.

 

Salary Range: $71,000.00-$75,000.00 + benefits + bonus

What You’ll Need:

· High school diploma or GED preferred; technical school certification or associate degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field strongly preferred.

· Valid Journeyman Electrician license required.

· 10+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience within food manufacturing, frozen food, beverage, dairy, or other CPG manufacturing environments required.

· Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, automation systems, and troubleshooting techniques.

· Experience working with 480V 3-phase electrical systems and industrial production equipment required.

· Ability to travel between and support multiple production facilities as needed.

· Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

· Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs.

· Strong understanding of OSHA, NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout, and electrical safety procedures.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Ability to work in cold, refrigerated, and freezer environments.

Quality Assurance Technician 2nd Shift (Mariposa)

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for monitoring, and programing critical control points (CCP), product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Responsible for performing sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment and other areas required.

  • Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation.

  • Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing.

  • Work closely with production staff to maintain and education in the areas of sanitation, hygiene, GMP’s and other food safety guidelines.

  • Responsible to issue disciplinary action when directed.

  • Collect product samples for product development, lab retains, and the laboratory when directed.

  • Perform inspections on products, equipment, and machinery.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned by QA Management.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a food processing environment.

  • 2+ years’ experience in a meat or poultry processing environment preferred.

  • Bachelor of Science Degree or Diploma in Microbiology or food science.

  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP’s, allergens, and food defense

  • HACCP Certification.

  • Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and problem-solving skills

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for monitoring, and programing critical control points (CCP), product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Responsible for performing sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment and other areas required.

  • Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation.

  • Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing.

  • Work closely with production staff to maintain and education in the areas of sanitation, hygiene, GMP’s and other food safety guidelines.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a food processing environment.

  • HACCP Certification.

The Senior Customer Care & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing customer compliance programs, researching and resolving non‑trade deductions, and improving financial recovery from CPG retail partners. Food Safety Specialist

The Food Safety Specialist supports the execution and continuous improvement of food safety and quality programs to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company standards. This role is responsible for coordinating testing, monitoring, audits, investigations, and corrective actions while partnering with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe, high-quality manufacturing environment.

Food Safety Specialist

The Food Safety Specialist supports the execution and continuous improvement of food safety and quality programs to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company standards. This role is responsible for coordinating testing, monitoring, audits, investigations, and corrective actions while partnering with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe, high-quality manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Coordinate and/or execute Raw Material, WIP, and Finished Good microbiological sampling and assays.

  • Conduct and/or coordinate incoming material inspection and usage decision execution on SAP as assigned.

  • Coordinate and/or execute Environmental Monitoring swabbing as required.

  • Coordinate and/or execute air monitoring and water potability sampling.

  • Coordinate external lab submissions as and when needed.

  • Execute designed validation study protocols in the plant(s) as assigned.

  • Conduct inventory checks and place requests for lab/QA supplies.

  • Coordinate and/or execute internal audits as assigned.

  • Support external audits as needed.

  • Follow up on all non-conformances and corrective actions from internal and external audits as necessary.

  • Coordinate and schedule Third-party calibrations and validations as needed.

  • Conduct relevant data entry, trending and tracking as assigned.

  • Support Food Safety related investigations where necessary (e.g., customer complaints)

  • Support the CAPA Program.

  • Support with Material Quality Notifications (MQN).

  • Support Material Risk Assessments (MRA) and Packaging Risk Assessments (PRA) development.

  • Support Raw Material Specification development.

  • Support Food Safety and other trainings as necessary.

  • Support with Mars gap assessments, technical audits and non-compliances.

  • Support and/or execute special projects or other assignments as assigned.

The Customer Care & Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing customer compliance programs, researching and resolving nontrade deductions, and improving financial recovery from CPG retail partners.   • Develop and lead RGM strategy across pricing, promo, trade investment, mix, and revenue optimization grounded in category, shopper, and competitive insights.

  • Establish and maintain commercial guardrails, including price corridors, price slopes, cross-channel pricing relationships, promo depth & frequency, pack architecture roles and ensure adoption in go-to-market execution and annual planning.

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will support the Assistant Controller with all accounting functions, focused on period-end close, accounting and financial reporting, financial statements, account reconciliations, and overall support for all daily accounting operations. We are looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. · Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience.

The Process Engineer is responsible for leading loss elimination within a site and is critical to supporting all continuous improvement activities. The Process Engineer is expected to develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and mastery of process control, problem solving and owns integrity of data systems and leads process definition to identify document standards. Quality Assurance Technician, 3rd Shift

The Quality Technician is responsible for the administration of Quality Assurance functions as they relate to raw material and finished product testing to achieve customer product specifications and to adhere to all SOP and SSOP as per the Kevin’s Natural Foods standards. What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for monitoring, and programing critical control points (CCP), product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation.

  • Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing.

  • Work closely with production staff to maintain and education in the areas of sanitation, hygiene, GMP’s and other food safety guidelines.

  • Collect product samples for product development, lab retains, and the laboratory when directed.

  • Perform inspections on products, equipment, and machinery.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a food processing environment.

Material Planner

The Material Planner will be responsible for managing raw material & packaging inventory and ensure material availability is consistent with factory production schedules/requirements. Further responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, using ERP systems to manage purchase orders and on-time delivery, participation in continuous improvement programs, coordinating with internal departments, and managing stakeholder relations. What You’ll Do:

· Manage and maintain purchase orders for direct sourced raw materials and packaging using MRP/SAP based systems or processes.

· Work with suppliers on a daily basis and manage Supplier Delivery Performance (On Time In Full) KPIs - Need to be extremely proactive with a high sense of urgency on supplier follow ups for purchase order delivery dates and ordered quantities, this also involves tracking shipments via ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices) for ground and ocean freight to ensure it is delivered and received on time at the right warehouse.

· Support factory operations and production team, buyers and purchasing activities, mitigate supply issues and inventory replenishment/replacement due to inventory adjustments or non-conforming material, establish root cause and corrective action.

· Manages dynamic forecasts and manages replenishment planning for materials to ensure specified customer service levels are met.

· Communicate daily issues, including specification changes, deviations, late deliveries, etc. with factory production team and category buyers.

· Manage Supplier Lead Times, MOQs and Transit times.

· Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish, develop and maintain healthy working relationships with suppliers, internal cross functional teams, and peers.

· Organizes the internal flow of materials within the manufacturing unit/factory and the transferring of materials to and from the inventory or warehouse.
