Pesto Garlic Chicken with Cauliflower Pasta

This one dish cemented my love of Kevin's products. I randomly pulled it out of a freezer at the grocery store and was blown away by the flavors and ease of preparation. I will say that the pesto is strong in this one, particularly the garlic. The reviews indicate people either love it or hate it. I am a staunch garlic lover (regularly doubling the amount called for in recipes) so it is right up my alley. But that may not be you. I have also loved other flavors, so don't despair if this one is not a perfect fit.

I truly never ever write reviews, but this was so bad I had to look up if other people had a terrible experience with it. We literally just quickly finished the chicken to at least get some protein and then tossed the rest. The sauce is BAD. Like I’ve ever tasted a combination like that before. Will never eat this flavor again.

Like all of Kevin’s meals, this did not disappoint!

Package looked good, but the result of the product was not good. Only giving it 2 stars because the pasta and chicken part seem to be good, the sauce is just whack. Also 2 stars for convenience. Will not purchase this again.

I can’t figure out the poor reviews. I think this is super tasty. I cooked it on the stove top for a bit longer at every step than the directions suggested. Pasta was delish especially for gluten free. Sauce was plentiful and hearty. Chicken is cooked sous vide style and therefore must be drained and broken up a bit. Definitely not raw as one review suggested. All told it took 7-10 minutes to cook to my liking.
One thing that was strange - box says six servings of 1 cup each, but I only got 4 1/4. Makes it hard to track nutrients.

I wish I hadn’t bought this when I saw it. I love Kevin’s dishes but this was not working well with the garlic flavor and everything together. Total disappointment.

Kevin, this pasta was disgusting! My wife spit her first bite out, while I choked mine down so she wouldn't feel bad for feeding me gross garbage. She then immediately dumped the rest of the bag in the trash. On the bright side, thanks for creating this memory for us.

I wouldn’t buy this again and I had to throw away. Not sure what the taste was but not good. The chicken I threw away right away as it looked raw. Will try something different from you all soon. Just not this.

It cooked quick in the skillet and was enough for two. The noodles were nice and chewy which is unusual for GF pasta in my experience. The pesto was great too, not bland or overwhelming. I enjoyed the zucchini as well. Both of us loved it!

We bought this at Costco and decided to give it a try. It was a waste of money...we ended up throwing it all away. The flavor was horrible and it left a lingering weird taste. There was way too much garlic, or whatever it was, and it really didn't taste much like pesto.

Disappointed for sure...now to make a dinner that we'll actually eat.
